Controlled Cultivation Environment
Climate, airflow, lighting and irrigation are managed as an integrated system — removing variability and protecting plant health from propagation through to harvest.

Inside HydroCrop's Vaal operation: the facility that makes consistent supply possible, and the controlled cultivation process that produces every batch.
01
An indoor cultivation operation engineered for repeatability at scale. Capacity is planned cycle by cycle and allocated against committed partner volumes.
02
Standardised cultivation, drying and handling processes deliver consistent batches — the foundation of every long-term partnership partnership.
03
Forward planning across harvest cycles allows partners to align their own operations with predictable, scheduled supply.
04
Quality is managed as a system: defined benchmarks, in-process review, batch-level records and post-harvest documentation.
05
We work closely with verified partners on supply planning, documentation, and operational alignment across the supply cycle.

From facility to flower
The facility sets the conditions. The process turns those conditions into consistent, partner-grade cannabis — batch after batch.
This is the how — the disciplined, repeatable process applied inside the facility, from propagation through to cured flower.
01
Climate, airflow, lighting and irrigation are managed as an integrated system — removing variability and protecting plant health from propagation through to harvest.
02
Every batch is treated as a controlled production cycle. Standardised conditions and handling produce cannabis that meets the same benchmarks harvest after harvest.
03
Quality is built into the process, not inspected at the end of it. Cultivation, drying and handling procedures protect plant integrity, structure and aroma throughout the cycle.
04
Harvests are planned in advance against committed partner volumes. Capacity is allocated cycle by cycle so partners can plan against predictable, scheduled availability.
05
We operate responsibly — minimising waste, managing resource use, and complying with applicable South African regulatory requirements.
A note on our process
HydroCrop does not publish detailed cultivation recipes, nutrient schedules or proprietary processes. Our cultivation methodology is operational intellectual property, developed for the consistent, professional supply of our verified business partners.
We don't sell direct. But if your legal dispensary or licensed retailer doesn't stock us yet — ask them to. The more names they hear, the faster Cherry Biscotti, Ovu and Gelonade end up on their shelf.
